1.The moving straps does not make you any stronger than you are without it, but the system is ergonomically designed to promote and facilitate proper lifting techniques.

2.Never lift anything that is heavier than you would normally and /or comfortably lift.When first using the system, start with items that are very light(small dressers, desks, mattresses, etc). Then slowly build up to larger and more complicated items and locations.

3.This product is designed specifically for the occasional user. The recommended carrying capacity on this system is up to 800lbs. For example: If you and your lifting partner cannot normally squat 800 pounds(approximately 400 lbs each),then you will not be able to lift 800 lbs with the moving straps.

4.Make sure that new users refer to this instruction manual prior to using the moving straps.
